A.I. (“Andy”) Schweitzer is CEO and a director of Crown William Mining Corp., a Canadian gold company. From 1997 until 2009, Mr. Schweitzer was the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of a financial services firm providing specialized financial services products to professionals and practitioners to augment their tax management, risk management and asset management activities. From 1996 to 1997 Mr. Schweitzer provided consulting services to European insurance companies on the marketing of financial services upon its entry into the U.S. market. From 1992 to 1996 Mr. Schweitzer owned and operated a consulting business advising substantial U.S. businesses in the fields of banking, travel/leisure and technology on initiating trade with the newly independent states of the former Soviet Union. From 1985 to 1991 Mr. Schweitzer was the Chief Executive Officer of two registered broker-dealers managing over 350 registered representatives and making markets in more 300 equities in the NASDAQ. The two firms combined participated in public and private placements in excess of $1 billion of debt and equity securities. Mr. Schweitzer graduated from the University of Tennessee with a degree in journalism with minors in German and geology.
